Pear Shaped Sapphire and Diamond Ring. Vintage estate ring, lovely pear-shaped sapphire surrounded by diamonds. 9ct yellow and white gold. The sapphire measures approx. 5 mm by 3.5 mm. The diamonds are approx. 1 mm diameter brilliants. Raised basket setting on tapered band. Face of ring measures 11.5 mm by 8.5 mm (7/16 inch by just under 3/8 inch). Condition: Under a loupe, the sapphire has some abrading to the ridges, commensurate with age, and some wear to its setting. However, none of this is readily noticeable to the naked eye. Its a very stylish ring - pear shapes are always a beautiful setting. Ring size is English Q (USA size 8).

Gold, Ruby and Diamond Ring. Modern ring, hallmarked with the English hallmarks for Sheffield, 9ct gold, date: 2002.
Pretty design, with a ribbon-like effect of central square-cut channel-set rubies, and a sort of mille grain area around these in white gold, illusion-set with a total of 8 tiny faceted diamond brilliants. Face of ring measures 18 mm by 8 mm (3/4 inch wide by 5/16 inch deep).
Ring fitting is English size L (USA size 5.1/2). Has been worn, but is in excellent condition.

14K and Pearl Ring. Pretty 14 carat gold ring, set with a solitaire genuine cultured pearl. The shoulder have a flower in gold on either side of the pearl, and then scrolls and a smaller flower until the rear of the band is reached, which is plain. Pearl is 7 mm diameter (just over 1/4 inch). Shoulders of ring are 5 mm deep (just under 1/4 inch). Ring size is English L (USA size 5.1/2). Excellent condition.

Wedding Ring, 18ct Gold Band. A plain flat band ring in 18ct yellow gold. Size English J - USA size between 4.1/2 and 5. The surface of this ring (having been worn) is not as new, but a jeweller can very inexpensively polish this on his wheel to make it look as shiny as the day it was bought new. There is a slight nick on the inside of the edge rim - not visible from the surface. Width of band is 3.5mm (1/8 inch).

Man’s Ring, Gold with Diagonal Cut Ridges. A band ring, suitable as a wedder or otherwise. 9ct gold, made with diamond-cut diagonal ridges, which give a very bright effect to the ring. Band is 5.5mm deep (just over 3/16 inch). Ring fitting is English size V (USA size 10.3/4). This ring is about 10-15 years old, but is unworn, and in new condition.

Mans Gold Ring with Diamonds. A 9ct gold ring, oblong face set with three small diamonds at one end. Blank face could be engraved as a signet ring. Size S English fitting (9.1/4) USA equivalent. Face of ring is 15mm wide (5/8 inch) and 7mm high (1/4 inch). Diamonds are approx. 1mm diameter each. In new condition. This is part of a consignment from a retired jeweller, and although these items have never been worn, they are quite some years old, having been in storage.

14ct Gold and Single Diamond Ring. Split Shank style ring, with tension-set diamond. Diamond is approx. 2 mm diameter , and the band at the face is 6.5 mm deep (1/4 inch). This is an estate ring, and has been worn, but is in very good overall condition. Has the normal scuffs to surface commensurate with age and use. Would date to 1970s plus. Ring size is English L (USA size 5.1/2).

14ct Gold Emerald & Diamond Ring. A very pretty 14 carat yellow & white gold ring set with a central emerald flanked by 16 small grain set Brilliant cut diamonds. The setting is cushion shaped, with the emerald in the centre of a star ,flanked by 4 diamonds at each point. These points are surrounded by the other diamonds set around the perimeter of the star. The setting is filigree. The oval emerald measures 3.2mm x 4mm, and the diamonds are approx 0.0075ct each. The emerald is of good medium colour and brilliance. Ring is cast-made, total weight 2.4gms.Ring fitting is English size N (equivalent USA size is 6.1/2). In excellent condition, but one small diamond is missing. This ring comes with a valuation, some years old - in this it values at NZ$1,000.00 - that is approximately US$660.00 AT current rates.

A handsome 9ct gold band ring, with one half in satin finish and one half in contrasting polished finish, set centrally with a rub-over, claw set .03ct brilliant cut diamond. Band is 4mm wide at the front, tapering to 2mm at the back of the finger. ( 3/16 inch to 1/16 inch). In new condition. Ring size is English size N (USA size 6.1/2).
