14ct Gold Double Band Ring, with Small Stones 14 ct yellow gold ring, made from two bevelled bands joined together to make one ring. The face of one ring is set with two small stones, probably rubies. The other ring is set with what I think was a single small diamond - but this has been badly grazed, and needs to be replaced. Inside one band is faintly engraved "J.L." This is an estate ring, and was the two wedding rings of a husband and wife - after the wife’s death, the husband had the rings joined. Band is now 7 mm deep (1/4 inch). The stones are approx. 1 mm diameter each. This ring has been worn for many years, and the red stones are a little abraded (can be seen under a loupe, not obvious to the naked eye), and as mentioned previously, the diamond needs to be replaced - not an expensive job. The ring is quite heavy, and a very attractive item. The fitting is English size S (USA size 9.1/4).

Bevelled Rose Gold Wedding Band. Vintage European gold wedder, stamped 333 for 8ct, rose gold. Inside is inscribed with some worn unreadable initials, and the date 1932. Ring fitting is English size R (USA size 8.3/4). Band is 3.5 mm deep (1/8 inch). Very good original as worn condition.

Ceylonese Sapphire and Diamond 3 Ring Set. A set of three rings, which fit together or can be worn separately. The central ring is a sapphire cluster, and the two side rings have a curve of diamonds. The Ceylonese sapphires are a lovely shade of pale blue - there are three of them: one slightly raised oval central stone of approx. 3 mm by 2.5 mm, and two round side stones of approx. 1.5 mm diameter each. There are six small diamond brilliants surrounding these. The side rings each have three small diamond brilliants each. The gold is stamped 9ct. When worn together, the face size of the ring is 13 mm by 9 mm (1/2 inch by 3/8 inch). It’s a very pretty and dainty ring, with lovely detailing to the shoulders - and it is a very small size ring fitting. English size I+ (USA size 4.1/2). Under a loupe, there are a few scratches to stones, commensurate with age, but these are not noticeable to the naked eye.
It has a plain band at the rear of the finger, so could be sized larger if required.

Gold Z Ring Estate ring, made in 8ct yellow gold (this is a European ring). The face is a Z shape. Ring face measures about 10 mm square (7/16 inch square). The finger size is English size M (USA size 6). Has been worn, but in very good condition.

Pear Shaped Sapphire and Diamond Ring. Vintage estate ring, lovely pear-shaped sapphire surrounded by diamonds. 9ct yellow and white gold. The sapphire measures approx. 5 mm by 3.5 mm. The diamonds are approx. 1 mm diameter brilliants. Raised basket setting on tapered band. Face of ring measures 11.5 mm by 8.5 mm (7/16 inch by just under 3/8 inch). Condition: Under a loupe, the sapphire has some abrading to the ridges, commensurate with age, and some wear to its setting. However, none of this is readily noticeable to the naked eye. Its a very stylish ring - pear shapes are always a beautiful setting. Ring size is English Q (USA size 8).

Diamond Heart I Love U Ring. Estate jewellery ring - 9ct yellow gold bevelled band with a heart shaped face to the ring. The heart is set with 3 small faceted diamonds. The whole front of the ring hinges away to reveal an inner band with "I Love U" engraved on it. A sweetheart ring. Heart shape measures 6 mm by 6 mm (1/4 inch diameter). Ring size is English Q (USA size 8). Very good condition.

Gold and Three Pearl Ring. Pretty 9ct yellow gold ring, set with three genuine cultured pearls. Outer pearls are each 4 mm diameter (1/8 inch) and the central pearl is 5.5 mm diameter (just under 1/4 inch). Ring size is English size O (USA size 7). Good colours to the pearls, pinky whites. Excellent condition. Probably dates from 1970s-80s.

Modern 10 carat gold bridge ring, set with three oval faceted peachy pink stones (either pink sapphire or tourmalines) set with a total of four little genuine diamonds between the pink stones. Face of ring measures 15 mm wide by 4 mm deep (9/16 inch by 1/8 inch). Ring size is English P (USA size 7.1/2). Excellent condition. Modern ring, very pretty.

Wedding Ring, 18ct Gold Band. A plain flat band ring in 18ct yellow gold. Size English J - USA size between 4.1/2 and 5. The surface of this ring (having been worn) is not as new, but a jeweller can very inexpensively polish this on his wheel to make it look as shiny as the day it was bought new. There is a slight nick on the inside of the edge rim - not visible from the surface. Width of band is 3.5mm (1/8 inch).

Man’s Ring, Gold with Diagonal Cut Ridges. A band ring, suitable as a wedder or otherwise. 9ct gold, made with diamond-cut diagonal ridges, which give a very bright effect to the ring. Band is 5.5mm deep (just over 3/16 inch). Ring fitting is English size V (USA size 10.3/4). This ring is about 10-15 years old, but is unworn, and in new condition.

Heavy 18ct Gold Ring set with Emerald. 18ct gold - 11.4 grms of it , set with a square emerald-cut emerald. The emerald is approx. 1.76 cts, and measures 6.5 mm square (1/4 inch). The band of the ring is 6.5 mm deep at the face, tapering to 4.5 mm at the rear of the finger (1/4 at the face and 3/16 inch at the rear). Ring size is English N (USA size 6.1/2). The ring sits quite widely at the sides of the finger, as the gold is 3 mm thick at this point (just over 1/8 inch).
It is in excellent condition, although it has been worn and has some very minor light scuffing at the sides.

Mans Gold Ring with Diamonds. A 9ct gold ring, oblong face set with three small diamonds at one end. Blank face could be engraved as a signet ring. Size S English fitting (9.1/4) USA equivalent. Face of ring is 15mm wide (5/8 inch) and 7mm high (1/4 inch). Diamonds are approx. 1mm diameter each. In new condition. This is part of a consignment from a retired jeweller, and although these items have never been worn, they are quite some years old, having been in storage.
