5503
Sterling Silver Art Nouveau Napkin Ring, 1908 Edwardian period English sterling silver napkin ring, with beautiful embossed design in the Art Nouveau manner - flowers (daffodils or irises) and foliage. The presentation panel is blank, so ready to be engraved with your own choice of initials. Hallmark is for Birmingham 1908. Maker’s mark is J. & C. Weight is approx. 45 grams.
The napkin ring is slightly out of round (very easily fixable by a silversmith or jeweller) - other than that, it is in very good condition. A very stylish example of Art Nouveau.
Circa: 1908
Condition: Very Good
Country of Origin: GB

1883
Pair Silver Napkin Rings, Ricky and Keitha. A pair of sterling silver semi-circular napkin rings - rather art deco in appearance, with their strong geometric shape and decoration of two bands of incising. One has the name “Keitha” engraved onto it, and the other has “Ricky”. Stamped “Stg Silver”, with a maker’s mark of APW with the letters fitted into a circle. Could be from the USA (APW/Wyott of Dallas, Texas), or could be made here in New Zealand or Australia. In their original card box. Would probably date from 1930s to 1950s. They each measure 4.5cm wide by 2.5cm high (1.3/4 inches by 1 inch). Excellent condition.

5261
Shaped, Engraved Pattern Silver Napkin Ring Unusual Edwardian period napkin ring - it has a pretty design engraved all over of leaves and brightwork. It has an initial panel at both front and rear, but only the front has initials in it " M.H." (I think - they are flowing script entwined, so not so easy to decipher). The edges of the napkin ring are scalloped and shaped. The English hallmark is for Birmingham 1906. Maker’s mark is rubbed, but is W.H.
Condition is very good overall - there is a line visible where the ring is joined together, and a scratch near the blank initial panel. Ring is a little out of true, nut nothing a jeweller can’t easily fix. Weight: 35 grms.
Circa: 1906
Condition: Very Good - see description
Country of Origin: GB

Pretty Sterling Silver Napkin Ring, 1906. Lovely sterling napkin ring, engraved all over with acanthus scrolls. The shield at the front is engraved with initials in flowing script, but it’s hard to make out exactly what they are. I think it is W.T.C. or W.J.C. The date is also engraved here, 14.9.06. The hallmarks are for Birmingham, 1905. Maker’s mark is G.E.W. Weight is approx. 20 grams.
Napkin measures 2.8 cm high (1.1/16 inch) and 4 cm diameter (1.5/8 inches). Excellent condition.
Circa: 1906
Condition: Excellent
