Ornate Porcelain Pepper Shaker. Early 20th century porcelain pepper shaker, decorated with gold tube-lining in floral outlines. Spots of red and green enamel decoration, and blue and crimson blushes to the shaped and lobed body. Cork underneath. Probably 1910-1920s, either Japanese or Chinese for the export market. Pepper pot measures 68 mm high and 63 mm diameter (2.3/4 inches by 2.1/2 inches). Excellent condition.

Novelty Salt and Pepper, Flower Seller. Salt & pepper set - a porcelain flower seller, with two baskets in his hands - one for salt, one for pepper. Holes for these are in the base of the handles at the sides. Well modelled and painted, with gilded bow tie. No maker’s marks. Seller measures 12.3 cm high and complete with baskets, 12 cm wide (4.7/8 inches by 4.3/4 inches). Excellent condition.

Figural Vintage Sam Weller Pepper Shaker. Porcelain pepper shaker, Sam Weller (a popular figure for toby jugs). Shown polishing his boots. Cork underneath. Nicely detailed face. Looks very like a Hummel or Goebels piece, but apart from a cross mark underneath, and what could be the remains of another mark, can’t tell who made him. Definitely German though. Measures 78 mm high and 48 mm wide (just over 3 inches by 1.7/8 inches). Excellent condition.

Pair Carved Whalebone American Indian Peppers North American Indian-made old pair of pepperettes, made in carved whalebone. They are conical in shape, with the protruding beaked faces of totem pole eagles. Both have traces of coloured red and brown detailing. Tops unscrew. They each measure 45 mm high and 25 mm diameter at the base (1.3/4 inches by 1 inch). Excellent condition.

Beswick Salt Shaker, Man with Top Hat. Old Beswick salt - quite large, maybe a kitchen shaker. He measures 8.5 cm high (3.3/8 inches). He has some glaze and colour missing from his hat, and also from his side collars. Small chip around the cork hole underneath. Could be easily touched up. Great character to the face.

Frosted Glass Sweet Stand, Plated Handle. Vintage sweet or cake stand - a base of frosted glass, with a silver plated handle. Handle detaches, so glass is easily cleanable. Measures 20.7 cm diameter and 14.5 cm high (about 8.1/4 inches by 5.3/4 inches). Very good condition. Circa 1920s-40s.

Denby Stoneware Lidded Vegetable Dish. Vintage Denby stoneware oven dish with lid, and two separate compartments inside. Handpainted design. Signed. The pattern is Green Wheat. Dish measures 27.25 cm by 22 cm and 9 cm high (10.3/4 inches by 8.3/4 inches and 3.1/2 inches high). Excellent unused condition. Very heavy for postage!

Pretty Victorian Kitchen Cruet Set. A lovely porcelain set of a large pepper, a large mustard, and an open salt cellar - all joined as one unit. The pepper and lidded mustard are very large, and lift out of their cup homes for use. There is a handle on the back of the set, and pretty decoration in cobalt blue with gilded pattern around the top edges. The salt has a pattern of pink roses. No maker’s mark, but looks probably Austrian. Would date from late 19th century - late Victorian. Excellent condition, only one small chip underneath lip of the pepper shaker.
Set measures 13.75cm wide, 12.75cm deep and 9.5cm high (5.3/8 inches x 5 inches, and 3.3/4 inches high). A very pretty and unusual item.

Royal Worcester Egg Coddler. Large size Royal Worcester egg coddler, with chrome plated lid, and fruit-decorated sides. Comes with its original instruction leaflet. Measures 103 mm high and 66 mm diameter (just over 4 inches by 2.5/8 inches). Excellent condition. Mid 20th century.

Villeroy & Boch Cafetierre. Not old, but very useful and good quality. A brown-glazed cafetierre made in Luxembourg by Villeroy & Boch. It has the number "4" stamped underneath (4 cup?). Underneath is ridged, so presumably can be put on a cooktop. Filter containing ground coffee fits into top portion of the unit, and works as a normal drip-filter coffee system. This unit is removable, and there is a lid for the coffee pot. All together measures 21 cm high (8.1/4 inches). Spout has a very good pouring end on it - whole item is in unused, excellent condition.
