Early Salters Iron Scales, Class II.
A brass faced set of scales, complete with tin tray. The cast iron scales are by Salters, and have on the face "Class II Salter’s Improved Family Scale, No. 50" "Silvester’s Patent" and the Salters knot logo, "To weigh 7lbs". Most scales this size weigh to 28lbs, but this early they had a more limited range. Very good condition, except tin tray, which has rust in the middle areas. It could be sanded and treated. Scales are heavy, and measure 31cm high with the tray in place. Would be very early 20th century, or possibly late 19th century.

Vintage Iron Corn Husker
Corn Husker - looks rusty, but actually is in very good order - all that should go round still does, and it is all quite solid. Just surface rust to the iron. The wooden handle has some borer holes. It measures 25.5 cm high (10 inches) and 23 cm wide ( 9 inches).

Pretty Victorian Kitchen Cruet Set.
A lovely porcelain set of a large pepper, a large mustard, and an open salt cellar - all joined as one unit. The pepper and lidded mustard are very large, and lift out of their cup homes for use. There is a handle on the back of the set, and pretty decoration in cobalt blue with gilded pattern around the top edges. The salt has a pattern of pink roses. No maker’s mark, but looks probably Austrian. Would date from late 19th century - late Victorian. Excellent condition, only one small chip underneath lip of the pepper shaker.
Set measures 13.75cm wide, 12.75cm deep and 9.5cm high (5.3/8 inches x 5 inches, and 3.3/4 inches high). A very pretty and unusual item.
