Dice Egg Cup or Dice Cup, Early 20th Century. Old lustre ware dice egg cup - egg cup in the shape of a hand holding a large dice. (Could have been used as a dice cup?). Would have been made in Germany, late 19th or early 20th century, for the export market. Measures 7.5 cm high and 6 cm diameter (3 inches by 2.3/8 inches). Some wear to the colour, but no chips or cracks.

Novelty Salt and Pepper Set, Log & Woodpecker Novelty cruet set, mustard pot with lid, salt and pepper shakers all slotted into a base representing a log. Decoration of a woodpecker on the log. Whole measures 16.5 cm wide by about 5.5 cm deep and 7 cm high (6.1/2 inches by 2.1/4 inches by 2.3/4 inches). Excellent condition. One cork missing. Has a registration mark underneath 798820, which places the date of manufacture between 1930 and 1940.

Pair Dragons, Porcelain, Signed Yoshimi. Very beautifully modelled pair of dragons - wonderful detail to the mouths and body. They each have one paw clutching a blue ball. Each signed in slightly different position Yoshimi. They are a true pair in that they face each other. Possibly male and female? One has a pair of horn-like protrusions on its head, the other has one single central one. Underneath is 1/37.
Figurines measure 12.5 cm long and 9.5 cm high (5 inches by 3.3/4 inches). Excellent condition. No damage at all.

Novelty Airplane Cruet Set, Vintage. Salt and pepper and mustard set, in the shape of an aeroplane. Lustre glazed - no maker’s mark but would be Japanese or German made. Plane measures 17 cm long by 12 cm wide and about 9 cm high (6.3/4 inches by 4.3/4 inches and 3.1/2 inches). A little light wear to the lustre, but otherwise in excellent condition. Circa 1930s-50s.

John Peel Character Mug. Character mug by Lancaster Sandland "D’ye Ken John Peel". Hand painted Staffordshire. Circa 1949 plus. Depicts John Peel, the huntsman, wearing his riding pink, with a riding crop as the handle, and "Tally Ho" impressed. Measures 10 cm high (4 inches). Excellent condition.

Billy Goat Figural Jug. Billy Goat Gruff - here he is sitting on his haunches - his tail is the handle of the jug, and his mouth the pourer. He measures 11 cm high and about 12 cm wide (about 4.1/2 inches by 4.3/4 inches). Condition is very good - a little bit of natural clean crazing, no chips.

Berliner Porzellan Dancing Goatherd Figurine. A fine porcelain figurine of a dancing child and goats - the backstamp is a green crowned eagle, with S C inside, and the word "Germany" in red. Most probably Berliner Porzellan - Manufaktur Schomburg and Co. Figurine measures 22.5 cm long by 9 cm deep (9 inches by 3.1/2 inches). It stands 19 cm high (7.1/2 inches). Excellent condition. 20th century.

Floral Hand Painted Ceramic High Heel Shoe. Hand painted large ceramic shoe - painted with lush flowers and foliage and jungle animals. Very detailed.
Inscribed underneath: Rose Wallis, ‘87. Ali O’Reilly. Written inscription as shown in photo.
Shoe measures 24 cm long (9.1/2 inches) and 15 cm high (6 inches).

Hatted Soldier Figurative Tobacco Jar. A German early 20th century tobacco jar, made in the shape of a soldier’s head, with the white cap top being the lid.
Round holes behind his moustaches (not sure what these are for., maybe to hold a taper?). Jar measures 11 cm high (about 4.1/2 inches) and 10 cm wide (4 inches). Excellent condition.

Pair of Wall Plaques, Porcelain Cherubs A superb duo of wall plaques - not really a pair, but by the same hand. No maker’s marks except an inscribed stamped 69, followed by a hand written (in gold) 70. One of the two has the letter "F" also inscribed, in a sans serif face. European origin, judging by the way the 7 is written.
Very fine work, with beautiful detailing . One pair of winged cherubs have a basket of grapes on their lap, and sit among grape vines , with other fruit at their feet, and decorated fabric drapes. This plaque is in excellent condition, no damage at all. The other has two cherubs, one presumably a girl, with a pair of doves on the lap. A little black and red robin sits beside them. They are seated amongst pine boughs, and have similar drapery to the first pair. This plaque has some minor damage to the plant material on the sides (leafs chipped, a branch broken) and there is also a chip to the trunk below their feet. The cherubs and drapery are perfect. Plaques are hung by a metal suspension loop on the reverse of each.
They measure approx. 17cm by 17cm (6.3/4 inches by 6.3/4 inches) each.

Lenox Jewel Santa, 1995 Issue, Kris Kringle A porcelain figurine of Santa Claus, ringing his bell and carrying a sack of presents and a small Christmas tree. I think this is the Kris Kringle jewel Santa.
Cream glaze, with gilding and bright green and red enamel highlights. Figurine stands 18 cm high (7 inches). The mark reads: "Lenox Christmas Jewels Collection. Third in Series. Lenox. Made in USA. Issued 1995." Excellent mint condition.

Novelty Early 20th Century Cat Match Striker. An early 20th century wax match holder and match striker in the form of a cat wearing a top hat and smoking a cigar. Behind him is the basket for the matches, and the ribbed sides of the basket are the strikers. Unmarked, but this would be German made, circa 1920 or earlier. Excellent condition.

Novelty House Porcelain Thimble. Well, actually it’s a Fruit Shop not a house, but it has the thimble indentations to the rear slope of the roof. Not really for wearing and using - just display for a collection. It measures 30 mm high by 21.5 mm wide and 17 mm deep (1.1/8 inches by 7/8 inches by 11/16 inch).
Maker is Birchcroft Fine Bone China. Made in Gt. Britain. Excellent condition.
