A long strand of beads, dating from either late 19th century, or very early 20th century. Beads are graduated, and are carved with pierced square holes all over each bead. The clasp is a screw barrel, also made in bone. Largest bead is 16mm diameter, and smallest is 7.5mm diameter (5/8 inch and 1/4 inch). Excellent original condition. Length is 920mm (36.1/4 inches). |
